<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for prefab outdoor office units.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and client presentations to closing deals and coordinating delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using <strong>CRM software</strong>.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to spec.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, and commercial partners.</li>
<li>Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts while ensuring pricing consistency and profitability.</li>
<li>Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and community events to promote brand visibility.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>3-5 years of sales experience in <strong>construction, prefab, or modular building industries</strong> preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>CRM platforms</strong> (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of prefab building components and construction materials.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional site visits required).</li>
