add solution GmbH (an AXISCADES company) is looking to strengthen its Team in Germany, with an experienced, motivated and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager - Automotive, ESAI & Wiring harness.

Experience in the Automotive Industry and bilingual in English & German is mandatory for this position.


Tasks



  • We're looking for a dynamic Automotive BDM to drive growth across Automotive

  • You’ll lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing—while building and nurturing relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1s etc.

  • Selling services into Electricial distribution system & Wiring harness desing to Auto and Industrial sector.

  • Selling services into electronic, hardware and software development, Automotive electronics, Software defined Vehicle, ADAS development, Industrial controllers, Medical electronic devices development.

  • Manage & grow a valued account portfolio, building deep relationships across Procurement, Engineering & related Teams

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums & client visits

  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction for the OEMs clients across service - offerings

  • Help to develop strategies. Plan & meet key customer needs in support of local markets

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients-Key Stake Holders and company Senior Management

  • Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a contract adherence mechanism within the company


Requirements



  • Experience in Automotive & Engineering Service

  • 7-8+ years in electrical/ electronics/ embedded product development services sales

  • Bilingual in English & German - mandatory

  • Knowledge of Electronics design & development services in Automotive, Industrial, Medical sectors

  • Has worked in a global matrix organization and within a diverse cultural environment

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically working independently and on personal initiative

  • Leadership attribute, highly energetic and self-motivated

  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written at all levels, internally and externally
