Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach by acquiring and onboarding new B2B clients. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sale support. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and contribute to refining internal sales processes within a startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new B2B clients, focusing on merchants requiring banking or payment solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale onboarding support

Support clients in opening bank accounts and integrating fintech/payment solutions

Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Contribute to building and improving internal sales and onboarding processes within a startup environment

Requirements
Proven experience in fintech, PSP, EMI, or banking-related sales, especially account opening / onboarding processes

Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and client onboarding workflows

Experience in B2B sales with complex financial products or services

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and help build processes from scratch

Existing network or minimum client base in fintech, payments, or merchant services

Languages: English, Russian

Experience in fintech

Key Soft Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients in high-stakes financial discussions

High level of ownership and self-organization, able to work independently without strict structure

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing startup environment with evolving processes and priorities
