We're growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.

What You'll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first

Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract

Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side

Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets

Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe

Requirements
English C1+ - you'll work primarily with US and European clients

5+ years of experience in Business Development Managment

Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services

Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences

Proven outbound track record - pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets

Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
