Corpay Cross-Border is a leading global payments firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We invite you to join our 8-10-week paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled at a college or university.


How We Work


As an intern, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment, preferably PST timezome. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:



  • Company-issued equipment

  • Tailored learning to meet the needs of your undergraduate major and/or personal goals post-graduation


Role & Responsibilities


This full-time internship will involve collaborating directly with our Global Director, Sales Enablement for Corpay Cross-Border and his team, focusing on AI-lead gen and prospecting initiatives, streamlining workflow processes, market research, and competitive intelligence.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Assisting our internal lead gen and data enrichment team members with daily tasks, including learning how to use AI to identify and source prospects for the sales teams

  • Conducting market research to determine new verticals for Cross-Border sales teams to prospect effectively, and analyzing our existing client data to determine where Cross-Border should continue to mine opportunities in our strongest industries

  • Managing and updating our competitors’ database and providing support for our monthly newsletter and incoming alerts

  • Creating and building reporting capabilities across Salesforce or Power BI to better understand our data from an analytics perspective

  • Helping to re-create and build out our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Sales Enablement team, including best practices and recommended workflows

  • Interfacing with junior-level sales team members to learn more about the sales process, prospecting, and how to become a successful and effective salesperson


 


The intern will be supervised and expected to participate in weekly meetings, 1:1 sessions, and any ongoing discussions with other team members or leaders within the business.


Additional supervision will include:



  • Setting expectations and goals throughout the duration of the internship

  • Honing skills and knowledge regarding strategic growth and how it applies to the function of our business

  • Providing quality feedback based on ideas, and suggestions regarding the internship projects

  • Team mentorship fostering a positive learning environment


 


Qualifications & Skills



  • To be eligible, students need to remain enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university for the entire duration of the internship

  • Rising college junior or senior majoring in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline

  • Strong academic record with a 3.5 GPA or greater

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required

  • Must display maturity and a high-level of professionalism  

  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with team members and others across the organization

  • Must be able to work 30 to 40 hours for 8-10 weeks during the summer months
