Our Vantor International Government team is seeking a Sales Director to help drive our growth with European Defense Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) System Integrators and End users. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships not only with key defense and government clients across Europe, but also with their ecosystem partners and military end users.
You will be identifying programs which require geospatial products and solutions, including, but not limited to visual simulation, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Mission Planning & Rehearsal, Targeting, C4ISR. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex customer problems, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and delivering large transactions in which directly contribute to our mission success.

What You'll Be Doing:
Sell geospatial intelligence products and solutions to defense OEMs and system integrators in Europe.
Work closely with the Head of Europe on developing a strategy and a sales plan to build a robust pipeline.
Utilize your existing network to identify opportunities in line with sales plan, as well as build and uphold relationships with senior OEM executives, military and Govt stakeholders across key accounts.
Develop a clear understanding of customers’ requirements, budgets and decision-making process and be able to articulate those into a plan which you will communicate to the organization.
Build internal relationships and liaise with teams across Maxar to put together solutions and develop proposals.
Coordinate lead generation campaigns with your sales peers and marketing.
Represent Maxar at tradeshows and public facing engagements.
