Position Title: Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

About the company: Harvest Power is a nationally recognized leader in the solar energy industry, providing full service residential and commercial solar energy project management including design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems.

About the role: Growing Regional Solar Power company seeking 2 Appointment Setters to call prospective clients, answer basic questions, promote the benefits of Solar Energy, and book an introductory meeting with one of our Solar Sales Professionals.

    Responsibilities:
  • Outbound dialing to prospective customers who inquired about solar power for their house
  • Deliver a confident pitch about solar to schedule qualified appointments
  • Utilize CRM to stay organized and disposition records accordingly
  • Participate in daily meetings, coaching, feedback, and ongoing training sessions
  • Hit appointment daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
    Schedule:
  • Schedule – Tuesday-Saturday
  • Hours range from 11-630pm EST
  • Saturday 9-3pm EST
  • Minimum - Must be able work 2-6:30pm EST several days per week
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Remote employees must have a quiet home workspace free of distractions
  • Remote employees must have their own equipment (i.e. Computer with 16GB RAM and good processor, home office internet minimum of 100 Mbps download/ 20 Mbps upload
  • Headset with microphone
    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay $20-25/hour + $25 per appointment
  • Part time will earn an on target earnings of $600-800 per week
  • Full time will earn an on target earnings of 1200-$2k/per week
