They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to focus on lead generation and revenue growth, with opportunities for quick promotion for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers within the residential construction industry, notably home builders and remodelers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound sales efforts
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers and schedule demos
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and address inquiries from prospects
- Consistently hit cold calling and demo setting activity metrics
- Qualify leads and understand their construction management software needs
- Schedule product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our software
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel
- Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and processes
- Collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement and team performance
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve our offering
