- Job Description:
- Meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our custom products and services
- Provide design advice
- Take measurements
- Help guide the client from their first consultation through California Closets' professional installation
- Transform closets, garages, pantries, wine bars, guest rooms with Murphy Beds, laundry rooms and more
- Deliver a superb, interactive in-home customer experience
- Requirements:
- Commitment to learning and implementing California Closets' Facilitative Sales process
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (in-home sales consultations a plus)
- A good driving record
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Background in interior design, direct industry experience, or a proven passion for home décor
- Ability to create inspiring and delightful customer experiences
- Advanced knowledge of basic computer software programs and/or previous experience with CAD software
- Ability to be creative while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Team player capable of managing a portfolio of projects and clients in a dynamic environment
- Proactively pursue referrals and repeat business
- Superb references from previous employers
- Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products
