- Job Description:
- This role will be responsible for supporting the administration of the GTT Sales Incentive plan for our global sales organization
- Develop and maintain high level of knowledge and proficiency related to the annual Sales Incentive Plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional (e.g., Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Sales Operations) team members to serve sales leaders on core initiatives related to Sales Incentives and Sales Compensation
- Perform analytics and modelling for senior team members and Sales leadership on compensation plan performance, compensation scenario analysis, and effectiveness reviews to provide business insight
- Understand how key data attributes (e.g., employee data, client group/client ownership, plans) come together to drive quality seller setups
- Collaborate with sales team members to build cohesive, data-driven stories to describe compensation related problems, simplifying the complex and connecting dots across available data
- Complete sales performance reports and/or data visualizations to communicate sales compensation results and quantify business impact within their team
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual presentation decks summarizing sales incentive plan performance at global and division levels
- Assist with preparing plan design materials and analysis supporting the recommended plan design
- Present SIP Materials to Sales Organization as well as members of HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Sales Operations where required
- Act as a liaison and assists team members with addressing issues and ad hoc scenarios concerning incentive plans, policies, and guidelines
- Learn specific business and territory rules
- Analyse and interprets business needs, compliance requirements, governance policies, and settled law for components of a sales compensation program
- Support SOX compliance and process audits
- Develop, submit, test and approve system modifications to GTT internal CMD system via internal MOD submissions
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, sales, computer science, data science, or related field OR 5 years of overall equivalent experience
- 3+ years' working within sales compensation administration systems (internal or external)
- 5+ years’ experience with Excel, Power Point, Power BI OR equivalent mix of experience with similar data tools
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Dedication to meeting and/or exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
