Sales Co-ordinator

Lanka Communication Services (PVT) Limited, is an innovative IT solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge technology to corporates in Sri Lanka. We are looking for dynamic and organized Sales Coordinators to support us in streamlining our sales processes and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing team in managing customer accounts and follow-ups
• Establish telephone contacts and promote Lanka Com products and services
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation
• Manage and track leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Assist in developing proposals, quotes, and contracts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exposure to the IT industry is preferred.
