We are hiring Sales Closers to convert warm, high-intent leads into long-term clients for our global sourcing and procurement services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will focus on closing warm and inbound leads (with optional outbound for additional earnings).

Close new clients for sourcing & procurement services

Run sales calls via Zoom, phone, and email

Present ROI, cost savings, and operational efficiency clearly

Qualify leads and identify repeat purchasing potential

Manage pipeline in CRM / ClickUp

Support smooth onboarding handover to operations

Build long-term client relationships for repeat business

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a confident, independent, and results-driven closer.

Must-have:

5+ years in service-based sales closing

Outbound sales experience

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Strong English communication & objection handling skills

Comfortable running sales calls independently

Able to manage pipeline without heavy supervision

Available for CET and US timezone overlap

Nice-to-have:

Experience with e-commerce / Amazon / DTC brands

Background in sourcing, logistics, or consulting

Familiarity with CRM tools or ClickUp

German or additional language skills
