Job Description

The Japanese Club is a fast-growing online school helping people become fluent in Japanese through immersive programs. We're scaling our sales team and looking for an experienced Closer to convert pre-qualified prospects into enrolled students.

You won't be prospecting or chasing leads. Our setting team books qualified R1 calls directly into your calendar — your job is to close.

    What You'll Do
  • Run structured, consultative closing calls with pre-qualified prospects.
  • Convert leads into students across our 3 programs (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month immersion).
  • Follow up with undecided prospects to maximize conversion.
  • Track your performance and share feedback with the setting team to improve lead quality.
    Our Programs
  • 3-Month Immersion → $2,000
  • 6-Month Immersion → $3,000
  • 12-Month Immersion → $5,000
    Compensation (100% Commission-Based)
  • 10% per sale closed:
  • $2,000 program → $200
  • $3,000 program → $300
  • $5,000 program → $500
    Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • 2+ years of high-ticket or hybrid closing experience.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, pitch second.
  • Reliable, autonomous, and results-driven.
  • Remote-ready with flexible availability.
    Nice to Have
  • Interest in Japanese language or culture.
  • Experience in EdTech or premium training programs.
