Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Planning: Lead collaborative business planning efforts with key accounts to develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives, class projects, and brand sales growth strategies that align with both organizational and client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client visits and communications to review business performance, identify strategic direction, address pain points, and uncover opportunities for product innovation and category expansion.
  • Market Strategy Development: Create comprehensive business plans that include clearly defined goals, key initiatives, significant activities, required support resources, and new product proposals to drive sustained growth.
  • Executive Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with key executives both internally and externally, serving as a trusted advisor and representative of arenaflex's brand values and business interests.
  • Local Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with local packaging partners and our wholesaler portfolio to build sales capacity, facilitate stewardship discussions, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement direct supply chain processes and operational initiatives that drive efficiency across arenaflex's North American product supply and foodservice wholesaler operations.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on competitive activities within assigned geographies and respond with appropriate actions to protect and advance arenaflex's market position.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure arenaflex delivers the full depth and breadth of resources available, resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes and strong partnerships.
  • Stewardship Leadership: Drive stewardship agendas with key merchants, measuring and communicating each partner's activities against mutually agreed-upon business plans to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Category Innovation Champion: Lead the execution of arenaflex's category innovation initiatives—including sparkling beverages, tea, energy drinks, juice, and premium alcohol brands—at national and local levels through the foodservice wholesaler network.
  • Change Management: Champion transformation by removing barriers and addressing ongoing service issues to deliver the highest level of wholesaler and client support.
