</div><div>As our Exterior Estimator, you won’t just be "writing sheets." You will be the technical architect of our restoration projects. You’ll bridge the gap between on-site inspections and insurance approvals, ensuring every detail of the loss is captured, justified, and compensated.<br><br>

<strong>Compensation:</strong> $90,000 – $100,000 (Base Salary + Commission)<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>Expert Estimating:</strong> Utilize Xactimate (and Symbility) to create accurate, detailed estimates for roofing, siding, and other exterior restoration projects.<br><br>

<li>
<strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with on-site inspectors to ensure field data translates into comprehensive scopes of work.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Negotiation & Litigation:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters to negotiate and settle claims; handle supplements and disputes with professional rigor.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Client Success:</strong> Engage with customers once estimates are approved to secure the job and kickstart the restoration process.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Compliance:</strong> Maintain strict adherence to carrier-specific guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>

<strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of professional experience writing restoration estimates in <strong>Xactimate</strong>.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Specialization:</strong> Deep functional knowledge of exterior construction (Roofing, Siding, Gutters, etc.) and insurance restoration standards.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Software:</strong> Proficiency in Xactimate is required. Experience with <strong>Symbility (CoreLogic)</strong> is highly preferred.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Communication:</strong> Elite negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex scopes to both adjusters and homeowners.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Availability:</strong> Must be able to work a consistent schedule on <strong>Eastern Standard Time (EST)</strong>.<br><br>
