Responsibilities

Manages the team to deliver ROP services to a dedicated business area

Leads the team in monitoring and analyzing demand and supply planning for standard and promotional items, ensuring high quality and consistency

Drives forecast accuracy performance and continuous improvement initiatives across product and item levels.

Verify the results of the process to evaluate the performance of the service through defined KPI’s

Builds and drives a high-performing team culture, ensuring strong engagement, development, and sustained performance

Control and ensure the quality of the operating planning processes with taking the costs into account

Implement projects to achieve improved efficiency and operating effectiveness

Supports identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Leads the team in developing and harmonizing supply chain processes, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement

Creates and maintains process documentation

Ensures an ongoing optimization of the existing tools and processes

Manages resolution of issues raised within supply chain planning process area and facilitates alignment with stakeholders, as necessary

Liaises with HAVI's local ROP teams to ensure smooth cooperation

Manages functional on-boarding, training and development of team members

Requirements

3 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain (including min. 1 years in leading a team)

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 at least)

Very good knowledge of planning processes, methods (including statistics) and software

Organizational and analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure

Good Communication skills and presentation skills

Continuous Improvement mindset

High result and goal orientation

Experience in a transition project will be an asset

Readiness to travel
