Position Summary


The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex will play a crucial role in supporting our claims coordination team by providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. This is a fully remote position, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment—including a computer, headset, and other essential tools—to perform your job effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our state-of-the-art claims management systems, following up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely claim processing, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling detailed reports from our systems. Key Responsibilities


As a Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Claims Data Entry: You will primarily be responsible for entering claims information into our claims management systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This includes inputting patient information, claim details, billing codes, and other critical data points into our database.

  • Claims Follow-Up: You will proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information required to process claims. This involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and ensure claims are processed without delays.

  • Invoice Review: You will carefully review invoices to ensure all billing information is accurate, complete, and aligned with our quality standards. Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly will be a key part of your responsibilities.

  • Report Compilation: You will compile various reports from our systems containing claims information, ensuring data is organized, formatted correctly, and submitted to the appropriate team members or departments as needed.

  • Customer Service Support: You will respond to inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, and patients regarding claims status, processing timelines, and general questions. Maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional service is essential in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Six months to one year of relevant work experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or a similar role is required. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer and typing skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software systems is essential.

  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with accuracy is preferred.
