What You'll Do

  • Display: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD/1080p) resolution; dual monitors may be required for some programs

  • Connection: Hard-wired (non-wireless) Ethernet connection required; WiFi is not permitted

Note: Desktop/tower computers with separate monitors are recommended. Dual boot machines, Netbooks, Tablets, and All-in-One computers may not be compatible with client programs.

Internet Requirements:


  • Hard-wired broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic

  • Minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload speed

  • Maximum latency: 120 milliseconds

  • Satellite, Microwave, Cellular Hotspot, and USB modems are not permitted

Phone Requirements:


  • Hard-wired landline telephone service (POTS, cable telephony, digital service, or business-class VoIP)

  • USB headset with microphone for certification
