What You'll Do

  • Refund & Billing Support: Process refund requests, address billing concerns, and resolve payment issues with accuracy and care.

  • Travel Information & Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about flight schedules, baggage policies, loyalty programs, airport procedures, and other airline services.

  • Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency. Your goal is to resolve issues swiftly while turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
