• Document customer interactions accurately
• Deliver professional, courteous service on every call
• Follow established procedures and call guidelines

• Must live in the Greer, SC - Greenville, SC area
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, remote workspace
• Ability to start immediately and complete the temporary assignment
• Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)
