[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. York Solutions, LLC is a technology consulting firm with over 25 years of experience. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates, while also negotiating compensation and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruiting lifecycle, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, assessing skills, negotiating compensation, and deploying candidates
• Develop effective sourcing strategies, adapting to market conditions as needed
• Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to collaborate with position requirements and priorities
• Actively source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, referrals, cold calling)
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications against job requirements, and selecting the most qualified
• Coordinate with candidates to schedule next interviews
• Negotiate compensation and provide benefit information to qualified applicants
• Grow and manage extensive candidate pipeline through various resources
• Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to gain industry knowledge and obtain candidate referrals
• Be active and resourceful in the marketplace, working with networking organizations, user groups and electronic events in order to be on the cutting edge of recruiting within the technology marketplace

Skills

• 1-5 years of technology recruiting experience with Software Developers, PMOs and many more
• Positive, high energy, competitive and self-motivated individual
• Excellent team and relationship development skills
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus
