The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, weekly interview volume, and other metrics as defined by leadership to support hiring goals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to align role requirements and provide consultative guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Craft compelling and accurate job postings that reflect the firm’s brand, values, and culture, and attract high-quality candidates
  • Proactively source talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Conduct candidate screenings via phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and timely scheduling process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation, promoting objective decision-making that aligns with company values and hiring standards

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a massive recruiting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages
  • Experience in a metrics-based environment preferred
