[Remote] Sponsor Content Manager – Event Communications & Content Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IntePros is responsible for overseeing sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events. The role focuses on managing high-volume communications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsor-related content and engagement strategies.

    Responsibilities
  • Oversee sponsor communications across multiple large-scale events
  • Manage high-volume communication channels, including tickets and email correspondence
  • Maintain rapid response times and deliver high-quality, white-glove service to sponsors
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for sponsor engagement
  • Create and manage custom HTML email communications using email marketing tools
  • Coordinate schedules and workflows using data management systems such as Airtable
  • Manage and organize data related to sponsor and speaker communications
  • Develop comprehensive resource materials to support sponsor engagement
  • Analyze communication and performance data to inform future improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external sponsors to ensure alignment
  • Support execution across multiple concurrent events and workstreams
    Skills
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external sponsors
  • Experience supporting large-scale events with high-volume communications (1,000+ tickets and emails annually)
  • Experience working with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, maintaining rapid response times
  • Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Email Builder) to create custom HTML communications
  • Experience managing data and workflows using systems such as Airtable
  • Strong proficiency in HTML for email development
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for professional communications
  • Experience developing communication strategies and resource materials
  • Experience analyzing performance data to inform future strategies
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent events and large sponsor groups (250+ sponsors)
  • Experience in event content management, particularly technical conferences or enterprise-level events
  • Experience developing strategic communication plans
  • Experience creating resource materials for stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing performance data to drive improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
