REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous appointment setting or call center experience REQUIRED
• Solar or energy experience is a plus
• Reliable computer or laptop
• Professional headset
• Strong internet connection
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and follow scripts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Speak with homeowners regarding rising energy costs
• Generate interest and schedule energy consultations
• Follow up with leads
• Update CRM and appointment notes
• Maintain professionalism on calls
