As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Corporate FP&A team by delivering insights into financial performance, enhancing planning infrastructure, and developing reporting capabilities to guide executive decision-making.
- Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize existing Adaptive Planning models by implementing improved methodologies, structures, and functionality
- Support enterprise-wide budget consolidation processes within Adaptive Planning
- Design and deliver scalable, high-impact reporting dashboards and tools that improve visibility and support strategic decision-making
- Build, maintain, and continuously refine Adaptive models to meet evolving business needs
- Effectively balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives while consistently meeting deadlines
- Provide system administration and model governance support, including troubleshooting system issues, managing user security, validating data flows, and maintaining clear documentation
- Partner cross-functionally within Finance to support planning, forecasting, and operational initiatives
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Information Science, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale financial systems; Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success developing financial planning models and supporting budget consolidation processes
- Solid understanding of leading budgeting and forecasting methodologies
- Experience working with large data sets, with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy
- Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance principles; prior FP&A experience preferred
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently validate work, manage competing priorities, and proactively escalate issues when necessary
- Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred
- Prior FP&A experience preferred
