What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Guide Agile development teams in adopting and refining Scrum practices

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful and time-boxed

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement

Proactively identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress

Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams

Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience designing or improving Agile processes for teams working on Utilities software

General understanding of software development and DevOps practices, Cloud, and emerging AI technologies

Kanban certification or experience with Kanban and hybrid approaches (Scrumban)
