They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service, manage order processing, and support the sales team in a collaborative in-office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and customer emails, providing timely and courteous service
- Enter and process customer orders accurately in the order management system
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or billing
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Stay informed on AWC’s product offerings
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work full-time in a collaborative in-office environment
- Experience in telecommunications or technology sectors
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Understanding of order fulfillment or customer billing processes
