Responsibilities

  • Train, develop, and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term success
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at boosting margins and overall profitability

Skills

  • 15+ years' experience in the Fuels & Lubricants sector
  • 5+ years' management experience
  • A sharp understanding of market dynamics, particularly within the Lubricants & Fuels sector
  • Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales objectives
  • Exceptional skills in team training, mentorship, and development
  • Capability to develop and implement actionable plans for business and margin growth
