[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xplor Technologies is a company focused on providing cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help drive pipeline and generate revenue by engaging with prospects and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to
• Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives
• Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach
• Assist in data quality management and enrichment
• Learn CRM best practices and workflows
• Participate in sales training programs

Skills

• Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
• Motivated to make 40+ calls every day
• Attention to detail
• Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin
• Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
• Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
• Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!

• Comfortable appearing on video for video-based email communications or other video-related initiatives

• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Competitive nature and drive to exceed individual targets
• Looking to transition into an Account Executive role in the future
