Position Details
Job Title: Physician Consultant – AI Product Development & Testing
Type: Part-Time Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-Time / Project-Based (10–15 hrs/week)
Job Description
For this project, doctors will listen to recorded doctor-patient interactions and create clinical notes. The objective is to collect physician-authored documentation across multiple specialties to better understand differences in documentation style, language, and structure among clinicians.

SpecialtiesFamily Medicine, Psychology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Neurology, Addiction Medicine, Rheumatology, Oncology, and Surgical Oncology.Key Responsibilities
• Participate in testing and evaluation of AI-powered healthcare tools
• Review AI-generated clinical documentation for:
• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Clinical relevance
• Provide structured, detailed, and actionable feedback
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential clinical risks
• Support product refinement and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with healthcare, product, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications
• Active US license as:
• MD / DO
• Fellow
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Currently practicing clinically
• Strong understanding of:
• Clinical documentation standards
• Patient care workflows
• EHR systems
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Interest in healthcare AI and emerging medical technologies

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation tools or Ambient AI platforms
• Prior exposure to healthcare technology initiatives
