We’re a growing roadside assistance company supporting multiple locations across the U.S., and we’re looking for friendly, reliable Dispatchers to join our team.

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home position with hands-on training, ongoing support, and a structured team environment. Our senior dispatcher is based in Orlando and helps guide training and daily operations.

Work From Home Requirements

Because this is a remote position, candidates must have:

Schedule & Pay

We currently offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Full-Time:
• 5 days per week
• 9-hour shifts (40–45 hours/week)
• Weekly salary: $800

Part-Time:
• Flexible scheduling based on coverage needs
• Great opportunity for candidates seeking evening or weekend hours

Additional Schedule Details:
• Rotating weekends (fair and balanced)
• No overnight shifts
• No 24-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you will:
• Answer incoming roadside assistance calls
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
• Dispatch service providers accurately and efficiently
• Monitor active jobs from start to finish
• Update and maintain accurate information in our dispatch system
• Escalate issues when needed, management and support are always available

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
