[Remote] RevOps Coordinator (Marketing)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Steno is a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the court reporting industry. They are seeking a RevOps Coordinator, Marketing to support the Revenue Operations and Marketing teams, focusing on data accuracy, process improvements, and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Go-To-Market teams, including ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data and reporting
• Triage and resolve requests from GTM stakeholders related to marketing systems, lists, workflows, and campaign operations
• Partner with Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and automation
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and funnel data to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client acquisition, lead quality, and conversion throughout the buyer’s journey
• Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive team player who's eager to learn and grow
