About the Role
SAPS LLC is hiring Retention Specialists to join our remote call center team.
- In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to reduce cancellations, improve satisfaction, and retain customers throughout their journey.What You’ll Do
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve cancellation requests with tailored solutions
- Assist clients based on needs
- Manage scheduling and case tracking Minimum Requirements
- Experience in retention, customer service, or call center roles
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to de-escalate and retain dissatisfied customers
- Comfortable handling high call volume
