Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is searching for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Agents to support government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits. The role involves answering inbound calls, troubleshooting tech issues, scheduling appointments, and delivering friendly service to customers.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing
  • Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets
  • Schedule appointments at designated locations
  • Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed
  • Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time

Skills

  • Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus
  • Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
  • Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - . Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
