[Remote] Remote - Call Center Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Slingshot by Pronto BPO is seeking a Remote Call Center Sales Representative to join their Sales Team. The role requires candidates to have strong communication skills and a habit of meeting or exceeding sales goals, while working in a remote environment with specific computer requirements.

Skills

• 6 months of sales experience - telesales or inside sales in call center
• High School diploma (minimum)
• Native English
• Schedule Availability
• A habit of meeting or exceeding goals
• 1 year experience in a call center environment
• A knack for speaking with people who have diverse backgrounds, and different world views
• Strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening
• Ability to create a 2nd user on the computer that is password protected
• Windows PC
• You will need 2 monitors, a USB headset, webcam, and your computer connected via Ethernet cable minimum to work
• Windows Computers - Quad Core 2.5 GHz or better - Windows 10 Home Premium or later
• Ram Windows - 16GB DDR3 or better
• Hard Drive Windows - 20GB+ free
• Minimum Screen Resolution: 1 must be at least 1680x1050 & 2nd can be any resolution
• Able to hard-wire an Ethernet cable from your router to your computer (wireless not allowed)
• Router must be accessible to you
• Internet Connection must be Cable (coaxial) or Fiber Optic
• Must be able to pass Five9 Network Pre-qualification Test which will be administered by a tech team member
