[Remote] Real Estate Acquisitions Originator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 770 Capital Partners is a real estate firm focused on acquiring storage and industrial properties across the East Coast. They are seeking a driven Acquisitions Originator to engage with property owners and turn outreach into acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to property owners
• Build rapport and develop relationships with decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and gather relevant property information
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity
• Coordinate with internal team to advance opportunities

Skills

• Proven experience in high-volume cold calling
• Background in outbound sales (SDR/BDR), commercial or residential real estate brokerage, or home services (solar, roofing, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage owners directly
• Confident, organized, and persistent with a high level of activity
• Curious and able to ask thoughtful, relevant questions
• Comfortable handling rejection and navigating conversations in real time
• Interest in real estate
• Candidates with early experience in commercial or residential real estate, or outbound sales roles, looking to transition to the principal side
• Remote (East Coast hours preferred)
