Are you detail-oriented and ready to grow in the healthcare insurance industry? Our client is looking for a Remote Provider Network Operations & Credentialing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting provider enrollment, credentialing, delegation oversight, and vendor management — helping ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.What You’ll Do
• Review and process provider credentialing applications.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Maintain provider databases and renewal schedules.
• Communicate with providers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support vendor set-ups, oversight calls, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare/business administration.
• 3+ years in health insurance, credentialing, or provider network management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
