Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure project information is captured appropriately
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project work is being completed on time and as required
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on project status
  • Track project requirements and status in project management software
  • Coordinate & guide the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables and costs using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Ensure quality assurance with regards to projects
  • Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report on project results

Skills

  • Associates degree and 8-10 years of project management or customer service experience in life sciences/healthcare field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or minor in business studies is required
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills- experience utilizing MS Office including MS Project, Excel, or other project organizational tools such as WorkFront
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Experience in FDA or similarly regulated industry
