[Remote] Project Finance Assistant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inizio Medical is part of a global healthcare consulting group that supports leading life sciences companies. They are seeking an interim Project Finance Assistant to support the Finance team by performing client invoicing, assisting with project reconciliations, and updating revenue reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform client invoicing
• Assist with project reconciliations
• Ensure the accounting system is updated and maintained with project budget uploads
• Release and check new projects
• Help update the revenue reports and associated month-end tasks

Skills

• Degree in accounting or finance
• Some previous experience in an accounting role - ideally within project accounting
• General knowledge of an accounting software - preferable Oracle
• Strong IT skills, specifically in Excel
