Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify key business challenges and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with C-level executives and senior management to gather insights and build consensus. Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to address critical client issues. Mentor and coach consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent. Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by developing new methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership. Manage client relationships, build trust, and identify opportunities for follow-on engagements. Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership and internal stakeholders. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations. Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree (Ph.D., Master's) from a top-tier business school or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on corporate strategy, organizational design, or operational excellence. Proven experience leading large-scale, complex transformation projects for major corporations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a strong ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
