[Remote] Podcast Producer (Intern)

They are seeking a Podcast Producer Intern to assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes, providing practical experience in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes
• Support episode preparation, including research, outlines, and show notes
• Coordinate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth recording sessions
• Edit and refine audio content for clarity, pacing, and quality
• Incorporate music, transitions, and basic sound design elements
• Help manage podcast production schedules and content calendars
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on promotional assets
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across podcast materials
• Organize and maintain audio files and production assets
• Support ad hoc multimedia and content initiatives as needed

Skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong interest in podcasts, digital media, or content production
• Basic familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn production workflows and tools
• Experience with audio editing or multimedia projects
• Understanding of podcast formats, structure, and storytelling
• Familiarity with microphones, recording setups, or remote recording tools
• Basic knowledge of branding or digital content strategy
• Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and creative direction
• Interest in media production, interviewing, or content creation
• Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams
