[Remote] Platform Management & Investment Coordinator

They are seeking a Platform Management Investment Coordinator to assist with digital media management and reporting across various platforms, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supporting campaign management, implementation and tracking across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
• Campaign setup, maintenance, and capturing ad examples
• Pulling, organizing, and reviewing performance reports
• Handling billing and invoice processes
• Partnering closely with teammates to flag issues, ask questions, and support campaign accuracy

Skills

• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (tables and charts required; pivot tables and lookups a plus)
• Comfort with numbers and basic math
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive in asking questions and raising potential issues early
• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote, collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, kind, and open to learning new platforms, tools, and ways of working
