[Remote] Operations Associate - Recruiting, Compliance, Administrative

They are seeking a versatile Staffing & Operations Associate who will manage the full talent lifecycle and support day-to-day operations, working closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, source talent on LinkedIn and Indeed, and lead candidate communications
• Accurately format and edit Prime resume templates to meet strict government bid requirements
• Coordinate the submission of security documentation and track candidate clearance statuses
• Assist with the development of HR policies and provide support for contracting tasks and labor law alignment
• Use Google Suite, Slack, and Asana to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently

Skills

• GovCon Background: Direct experience in government contracting recruiting, preferably within a small business environment
• Grit & Resilience: You possess the 'grit' to tackle difficult challenges head-on. You don't back down in the face of adversity and stay focused on finding solutions when things don't go according to plan
• Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; able to engage effectively with team members and external candidates
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in document formatting and administrative tracking
• Willingness to Learn: A 'can-do' attitude and a desire to learn miscellaneous areas of the business, including HR and contract assistance
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Suite, Asana, and Slack
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
