- As a Non-QM Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting complex non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) loan applications, ensuring compliance with all underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans
- Strong knowledge and experience with Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products
- Experience Underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 months
- Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards related to Non-QM loans
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
