Remote MTM Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking patient-focused Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacists to deliver high-quality MTM services to a targeted patient population. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, culturally competent, and able to effectively engage patients to improve medication adherence, outcomes, and overall healthcare value.

Get paid directly for your expertise:
• $38-65/Comprehensive Medication Review completed
• Medical Spanish or Medical Mandarin speaking pharmacists are eligible for additional incentives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive and/or targeted medication reviews (CMRs and TMRs): Connect with patients to assess their medication regimens, identify potential interactions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver consults with the BeWell web application: All consultations are conducted through our user-friendly BeWell platform. BeWell can be used on a number of devices, including laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices. With BeWell, pharmacists are guided through each session making for thorough and effective patient interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation: Record follow-up actions within the BeWell app to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
• Active New York Pharmacist License
• Patient engagement or sales experience is a plus
• Fluent in Medical Spanish or Medical Mandarin are eligible for a $500 bonus
