Remote Litigation Attorney (Products Liability - Dual bar w/ California License)

We offer hands-on litigation experience, mentorship from seasoned trial lawyers, and practice in numerous areas including complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, toxic torts, and healthcare cases across the United States.

Responsibilities
• Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.
• Case management
• Drafting critical motions
• Developing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in court proceedings
• Trial and appellate experience

Requirements
• Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
• Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
