[Remote] Investor Relations Associate – Multifamily Investments (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aligned Ventures is a fast-growing multifamily investment firm focused on building trust and delivering returns for investors. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with accredited investors, guiding them through investment opportunities from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Build a proven and repeatable process to source, attract new investors to our platform
• Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls
• Build and manage your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
• Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency
• Track all touchpoints, metrics, and follow-ups in CRM
• Represent the firm at investor events, conferences, and webinars
• Collaborate with leadership to continually refine our investor communication strategy

Skills

• A confident communicator who loves connecting with people
• Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements
• Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics
• Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through
