Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for converting opportunities into revenue by handling inbound and outbound sales communications, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with Design Consultants to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism and urgency
  • Proactively follow up on unclosed opportunities through a structured Lead Recovery process using a multi-touch cadence (phone, email, SMS) to maximize conversion
  • Drive sales to closure through confident objection handling and consultative selling
  • Build strong customer rapport, identify needs, and recommend tailored product solutions
  • Optimize proposals by reviewing product selections, pricing and financing options
  • Create urgency and compelling calls to action that move customers toward decision
  • Consistently offer and promote 3 Day Blinds’ financing program on all eligible orders
  • Capture deposits in compliance with company policy
  • Responsible for conversion along with contact attempts
  • Actively manage and prioritize an assigned pipeline of open opportunities
  • Execute disciplined daily Salesforce task management to ensure consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all customer interactions and opportunity updates
  • Monitor proposal aging and take ownership of moving opportunities toward conversion
  • Identify patterns in lost opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Create, manage, and complete Salesforce tasks daily
  • Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in Salesforce
  • Create and manage orders in Epic, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete
  • Partner closely with Design Consultants under a defined lead management and handoff protocol to ensure seamless coordination, effective follow-up on open quotes, and smooth transition of closed orders
  • Communicate clearly with field partners when clarification or rescheduling is needed
  • Support a One Team culture while maintaining ownership of your sales outcomes
  • Utilize Salesforce for all daily sales activities, opportunity tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and data integrity standards
  • Use of Nice InContact phone system to manage calls and customer communications
  • Leverage email and SMS platforms to support structured outreach
  • Take customer deposits over the phone in strict adherence to SOX compliance and payment security procedures
  • Adopt and effectively utilize new sales technologies and digital tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, and conversion
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including:
  • Bookings / Revenue

  • Quality and compliance metrics
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and performance discussions
  • Maintain a competitive, results-oriented mindset

  • Experience using Salesforce, Epic, or other CRM/order management systems
  • Experience handling payments or taking deposits over the phone
  • Familiarity with financing programs or consultative sales
  • Call center sales experience in a performance-focused environment
