[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, assess health information, and recommend services while meeting sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)
  • Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs
  • Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services
  • Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
  • Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals

Skills

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy
  • Competitive, success-driven mindset
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Some college preferred
