    Position OverviewThe Home Health RN Document Integrity Specialist is responsible for all quality assurance related external audits in adherence with regulatory standards.
  • *Work from home, remote positon, but you must live in one of the states where Aveanna currently operates.
    Essential Job Functions
  • Perform internal audits
  • Address nonconformities from previous internal and external audits
  • Conduct a management review of the quality system
  • Follow up on and close pending preventative and corrective action requests
  • Ensure that organizational systems and training are in place
  • Prepare for audits
  • Verify that documentation and design controls are appropriate for Aveanna
  • Administer document control and configuration management systems
  • Oversee established calibration and test programs
  • Assist the management team and provide support as necessary
  • Maintain a design history file
    Requirements
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License
  • Extensive home care or hospice experience
  • Preferences
  • A minimum of three years home health QA or clinical management experience
